alien hominid is a game that came out about 3 years ago for the gamecube and PC. some of you may remember it. if not shame on you NGC users! ?_? well, now the guys over at The Behemoth are also coming out with a new IP, castle crashers and both games will be available for the xbox live arcade. for those unfamiliar with xbla, most game are priced in the range of $5-$10 with only one priced above $10 i think; it's some pool game, but it does boast a ton of features and gametypes for a typical xbla game.

anyway, alien hominid will support 2 player online co-op while castle crashers will support up to 4. some of the upgrades/features each will support is better resolution, online multiplayer, and widescreen, but enough of my jibbah jabbah. on to the vids!

i never even new about this can u tell me wat it is all about

Alien Hominid started as a flash game, and became so popular that a first time development studio decided to pick up the license and make it on consoles. To make a long story short, that's what they did. Anyway AH is about a little alien that gets his ship shot down and has to get his ship back and escape Earth, while dodging FBI Agents, using advanced weaponary, and getting help from little fat kids. It was a side scrolling 2d shooter, like Contra or Metal Slug.
I don't know much about Castle Crashers, other than that that you play as little knight people(Greaser Lee has one in his avatar I think) and it's in a medieval setting, and it's also a side scroller.
wrd. just imagine castle crashers like "tmnt: the arcade" or the arcade game of the simpsons. 4 player 2d side scroller. it's gonna be sweet.
