fact is ya'll are sonic haters, so you'll find fault in everything he does. interesting characters? oh like ridley and crono, who have yet to be announced as chacarters, thats if, they are?

If Chrono is in the game, he is a Automatic Main for me.

Even if they aren't announced, they are FAR cooler than Sonic. Deal.

Just because you guys hate his 3-D games doesnt take away the fact that he is very succsefull in his 2-d games. Sonic 1,2,3 and Sonic and Knuckles were the awesome. And dont get me started about Sonic CD, the pinnacle of his 2-D career. I'll admit his 3-D games after Sonic Adventure 2(Mario's got him beat in the 3-D platforming genre) werent great but his 2-D games alone made sonic deserve a  spot in brawl.

I don't hate on him just because of his poor (and downright terrible) 3-D games. I hate on him because I find his games boring, run really fast, collect rings, beat Eggman (crap name for a boss too). And Mario still has Sonic beat in 2-D, because Mario Bros. 3 + Super Mario World tops any Sonic 2-D game.

Alright Ill give you that about mario. But come on. You forgot about the Secret Stages and collecting the Chaos Emeralds. But for real. In mario and sonic games they both have the same goal. Get to the end of the stage. The difference between sonic and mario is that Sonic games rarley use more than 2 buttons. And its that simplicity that makes sonic games great. But Super Mario world...not thats not fair. That game was...AWESOME with over 90 stages? Instant win.

Secret Rings was one of Sonic's worst 3-D outings. Mario Bros. 3 alone beats the 2-D Sonic's anyway. Mario World just makes the gap more significant.

:Sigh: Im not talkin about Sonic Vs Mario. Sonics in anyways so whats the point. But he is a deserving character for brawl. And have you ever played Sonic CD? Just wondering since you havent even brought up that game against Mario bros 3 or Mario World.

And is it nessicary to fly all the way from one side of the screen to another? If you concentrate on just flying within the stage im pretty sure damage will start collecting quick. It similar to pikachu's Volt tackle.

Right but there is a right way to use it and a wrong way too. But....I dont really think that using any Final Smash would take any skillz. Its just like Super Mario strikers charged special moves. They dont really take skillz but if you pull it off.....well you pull it off. Luck pretty much determines how many K.Os you'll get. But in reality most of the final smashes look easy to avoid...unless its bowser. Cuz...DAYYUMM hes huge. Lol.

Um, I wasn't "hating" on Sonic, I was just saying that his FSA doesn't take any skill to pull off "correctly"

This makes Ike look very good, look at his recovery at :44.

Instead of using his very crap recovery, stolen from Kirby, that would be more useful, and looking at :32, its chargeable, but since he's a boulder theres no time to charge it in mid air. ;p




Look at Ike's first attack on DK, DK went flying off the stage XD
