The Albino DK is a new colour set for him, yes. Much like Dark Link for Link.

Sadly if you pay attention to one of the vids where Pit does his FS and it zooms in on him, Ike has a costume that looks EXACTLY like Sigurd's. Also yes, the FE comp owns hard. I want them to put it as an update. Now.
