I haven't tried the driving one yet, but I did download Just Cause and I was seriously disapointed. Graphics and sound were ok, but controls were terrible and the stunt gimmick gets old fast.

Why do people say controls are hard/bad/terrible? I felt all the controls were used appropriately, and wish there were more buttons for more actions. Although yes I was disappointed. I felt the game would be more open-ended.

TDU does not handle like GT. the cars have no grip and the steering is very sensitive.
the cars in JC handled like balls too. the main character's forced animations were a pain in the ass too. the guy cant just jump forward. he has to do a little roll at the end. and how is the game not open ended? you have 250k acres to roam around in.

I didn't say it was like GT. I compared it to GT saying it was easier than the true-to-life handling of GT.
A big map doesn't mean open-ended, that means it has a big map. Open-ended would mean there are buildings you can go in, people you can talk to, side-quests, etc. The point of that game is to start a revolution and is pretty straight & narrow in it's progression.

far cry: predator demo is up. dont think im gonna d/l or review this one. didnt really like it for the PC.

fusion frenzy 2 demo is up.
it's an okay game. the demo only has 3 mini-games available, but you can acutally play up to 4 players(not online). controls and gameplay are very simple. i wouldnt buy it for $60 or even $50. $40 might be pushing it, but there are better games coming out during that time frame that i would rather much spend my money on.

Yeah I played it. Was just like the last Fuzion Frenzy. Looks like the same graphics too. I wouldn't rent it.

well, i havent played any other version of it, but the graphics are obviously more refined. they make good use of the lighting, sounds, and reflection. i actually enjoyed the demo. you can tell that there's a lot to unlock in this game, plus it does storytelling pretty well without the acual use of dialogue. humorous too.
