Piece of crap Dell... When I first got it the screen always felt kind of loose and cheap. I tried calling Dell a while ago to get this fixed (before it progressed this far) but they wanted to know where I got it. I got it as a gift and apparently it came through some big corporation in southern Ontario. And if you're wondering, no I didn't try lifting it by the screen, it just happened from regular use. (pictures are kind of bad. they came from my cell phone. and yes that is an atlas underneath. I use it when there isn't a table or hard surface around cause this thing heats up like a mother)

Hopefully Dell will fix it. I know a bunch of people with Dells that have never had this happen.

my dell is a POS but thats becuase its been through hell and back. i use it as a ghetto desk top now with a VGA monitor pluged into it

i thought about getting the 1520 but the way i go through computers (i bring this thing everywhere) i am gunna get a panasonic tough book

Get better lappy..

As LZ said, duct tape can work wonders on laptops and mouths of those you don't want to hear.

I'm getting a Dell lappy next year.
