As you know I had the choice between Halo and Metroid and yes I choose Halo. Was it the right choice for ME?
Yes it was. As I played the first few hours of the campaign I have mixed feelings on the game, the graphics are ok but dont feel as polished as they should be. Also some textures look rather bad when close up. The gameplay is good but up to now I nothing has wow'd me completely! I must say the bosses are amazing to play agains! Driving vechicles is also fun. I could go on about how great the game is but im not going to, considering I havn't completed the game as of yet. Did I mention the online mode is the games strongest point and offers some serious bad ass play. (I love online multiplayer)
Certain people may ask how ino Halo was the right choice, because the friend bought it the same day. Up to now we have played quite a big section of the game and have realised Metroid just isn't my cup of tea.
Telling me "Wow. Epic failure in this thread.
I'm locking it so we can forget we ever saw it." Is just seriously childish and just because someone likes a different type of game and doesn't bum Metroid that you start being arsy.
"Obviously he is a multiplayer casual as that's the only reason to get Halo 3. Which is fine. He may as well commit to the 360 and its frat boy games."
OBVIOUSLY not. I just dont like Metroid. I played it for about 4-5 hours and decided it wasn't for me! GET OVER IT.

Halo 3 is a great game and I reccomend it to most people. Although it is over rated and doesn't quite earn a top top score.
