Get your finger at the ready as the Wii Zapper, an exclusive Wii accessory, launches across Europe! Using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, the Wii Zapper is a comfortable frame that houses both the Wii controllers, providing users with an exciting new way to play on Wii! The Wii Zapper comes bundled with Link’s Crossbow Training and will be compatible with various other upcoming titles, including Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, as it launches across Europe on 7 December 2007.

The Wii Remote and Nunchuk both take on a new feeling when placed within the Wii Zapper. In Link’s Crossbow Training players use the Wii Remote in the Wii Zapper to aim at targets on the screen, with the Nunchuk controlling movement. On the Wii Remote, players simply press down the trigger (the B Button) to fire, or continue the pressure for a more powerful shot. They can also re-position themselves, turning in different directions by aiming the pointer off-screen. On the Nunchuk the Z-Button acts as a zoom function for
the camera so that the shot is completely on target.

Link’s Crossbow Training sees each player take on the role of Link in a series of exciting and fast-paced challenges set in the world of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

Players can get accustomed to the Wii Zapper with Link’s Crossbow Training and practice Target Shooting as well as the Fixed Combat and Free Movement Combat modes, ensuring an action-packed experience in numerous stages spread over nine levels. The object of each stage is to achieve the highest score before the time limit expires. In Target Shooting, the difficulty level continues to increase as players progress through the stages and, for an even greater challenge, the bulls eye target moves across the screen. Players will therefore need to harness all their skills as they race against the clock!

The Fixed Combat and Free Movement Combat modes pose yet more challenges! In Free Movement Combat mode, players are able to use the Nunchuk to navigate their way through levels, taking on enemies as they appear using the Wii Zapper to look around and take aim. In Fixed Combat mode players remain stationary but can defend attacks around 360 degrees, aiming in any direction! In multi-player mode, players must pass the Wii Zapper around, each taking a turn to compete for the highest score within the time limit, adding an extra dimension of competition to the game.

Utilising the innovative Wii Zapper allows players to take aim and fully immerse themselves into the game in a completely new way! So, make sure you’re first in line when the Wii Zapper + Link’s Crossbow Training launches across Europe on 7 December at an estimated retail price of around £20 / €30.

Nintendo of europe released this on their main site, nothing much new here other then a price change from the original believed double American price.

The Zapper looks to retail around £20 for us Britain's, most like £19.99?_?

Wow...that doesn't sounds to bad.
Not only is Japan getting RE:UC and Link's Crossbow Training bundles but they are also getting an exclusive Ghost Squad Bundle. The Japanese and their luck, it's not a big deal though since I'm not too interested in any of these games.
Nintendo sure knows how to make a piece of crap look good

These are different stories Kindrik, this was taken from the official nintendo of Europe on 30/10/07.

I know but I was referring to Snake saying that it's not so bad, when it's pretty much 2x as much as what's being payed in North America.
but the site says 19 EU, or did i read it wrong?

£20 / €30.

That was what NOE said, it will most likely be virtually the same just a slight difference in price like knocking 0.01 off when its released =/

£20 is pretty good for an accessory AND a game :3

besides I'll get it for £15
Nice, 25% discount?

Gamestation is game, they just use their own name still. We've owned them for like a year now.

Yes ino. But not much has changed in gamestation since you have owned them. Well nothing that I have seen.

I like Gamestation because the people are easy to talk to. The people who work at my local GAME are stupid. Smile
Also you get better trade in prices at Gamestation.

Oh, IDK about overseas but i hate the people who work at the EB games and Gamestops in the U.S. out of all the ones iv'e dealt with, i have found 1 or 2 that i like and that help, the others all just have power trips cause there assistant manager at a little game store... piss me off most of the time. and they dont even know WTH there talking about too...
the zapper is a nice idea, BUT
my problem with it is that it doesn't do anything,
£20 is a complete ripp off for a bit of shapped plastic, now if it came with a nunchuck already built it then i suppose that would be a better deal, but lets face it.
It's not exactly going to be a ballanced weapon of choice, it will be front heavy as the barrel is the wii mote.
Not paying that much for a piece of plastic rubbish. Sorry Nintendo, go steal money from someone else.
Shovelware and plastic controller extensions, here we come. Remember the Zelda-Themed one?
