Ugh, I can not truely express how I feel about G4TV and their shows, and how lame 90% of the crap they shows are.. but nothing
grinds me gears more then blatent hate and disgust for the Nintendo DS/DS Lite. One full year ago, Kevin [one of the hosts for AOTS] deliberately ripped a Nintendo DS Lite in
HALF and called the machine flimsy and weak, therefor inferior to the PSP.
Fanboyism anyone?
More recently. Morgan Webb and that other guy, showed their
love for the DS and DS Lite in their one minute segment, saying that the Nintendo DS isn't for hardcore gamers adn many fo the games are just too lame to play. Blowing into the DS inpublic makes you look like a idiot!

Playing your PSP and not having nearly as much fun makes you look lame. Not enjoying yourself period makes you lame. Why place your opinions on the air like that? Spewing your hatred only to spawn other lesser minds to follow in this "anti-Nintendo" bashing.
Yeah, Nintendo still have a few kinks to iron out in their company [isnt that right LMX?], but slowly and hopefully, the company is improving on those basis. The Nintendo DS is the highest selling product to date [i dont regard the Wii, due to fequent shortages] I guess its like what they say...

G4TV is only good for its broadcast of gaming events, re-runs of Heros, and Ninja Warrior. Attack of the Show used to cool, but it sucks now.

Asshats fuel the fire to make insecure people feel more publicly self-conscious about themselves. All it's about is this:
Kevin doesn't have the stones to stand up for something he truly enjoys. If he enjoyed being an individual as much as he enjoys having network sponsors and corporate douches at Comcast play him like a puppet, then there wouldn't be people pissed off about G4 knocking the DS. However, if he wouldn't be willing to do it then they'd just find someone else so it's catch 22. This way tards out there who worry about unimportant opinions that do not affect them go out and buy a PSP, meanwhile the people on top plan another ploy to trash the PSP in a few months to boost DS sales once again. It's all about money and nothing else.

Morgan, and Kevin always talk about how they love the DS. Morgan stated she's a Nintendo fangirl multiple times, and Kevin (when AOTS went to Tokyo) said if it wasn't for his DS he would have killed himself during the flight because of the boredom and thinks that "the PSP is made for media junkies who don't know what gaming is."
Why can't a person just enjoy both systems for different reasons? I enjoy the DS more, but that's because there's more of the kinds of games I enjoy on the system.
It's a shame that the DS is being dissed by anyone. I think their sales and popularity tell a different story from what they (in the video) say.

Sure! I get used ones at a great discount. However, they get paid on tv to do stupid things like that, it was probably a free one or one that had internal failures that we weren't aware of. It's all about shocking people these days.
