It's been awhile since an anime has caught my eye, but here's a suprise. The clip below sums up the premise of the anime soundly, without any screwing around.
If anything, I find the concept entertaining. I already know how the TV series ends, but even so I think I'll keep an eye on it every Saturday night from here on in.
i read the manga last year, and it was simply amazing. the anime was amazing. definitely one of the better ones ive seen. also, they have a live-action movie that really does a great job of summing up the first...maybe...half of the series.
watched it on t.v. two weeks ago and it rock now ...................My name is naruto_fan and I'm addicted to death note..........hi naruto_fan.................that pretty much sums it up
I've heard good things bout this anime. I should really check this one out once I get through Inuyasha, though i got a ways to go in that since i'm only on episode 57
I was watching it and I was drawn itno the concept immediately, but when he got the death note and killed the guy by using the truck, I was like Holy S**T Did you see that?!?! That was F***ing crazy!
not only better, but also more elaborate, thought out, and intense.
if there was one flaw to this, its that Light learned how to manipulate the Death Note (and certain people) to the extreme extent that he did. I could have used with a little less......
I started watching the anime (subbed, not dubbed) a couple of weeks ago. Even though I'm not really a fan of anime, I must admit I quite like this show. Watching all their convoluted schemes is just so much fun!
I watched episode 25 yesterday- what a shock! I won't spoil it for anyone, but it's definitely worth watching.
