Similar to my "which toe is longer" thread, I was bored and wondering if anyone else has thought this at anytime...

So go with me here, say our sense of touch was fitted to a scale. -10 is intense pain, being awake in a brain surgery or something. (or getting kicked in the balls? haha). Therefore, positive 10 would be like...orgasmic. Normal would be a zero.

Now, my question is, say you have an itch that is a -5 or something. When you itch it, does it got down to say, a -1, still in the realm of pain or at least uncomfort, but greater than 10, and felt as pleasure? OR, does scratching an itch actually venture into feeling good?

-8 stubbed my gnikcuf toe!

when i broke the bones in my arm to the point where they were shaped like a V...i cant say it hurt too much, cause i think i was more in shock that my arm wasnt straight anymore...i'd say maybe a -5 or so for discomfort? it was worse than an itch, but it wasnt so bad that i was in pain.

and with an itch, it depends. if its on my back and goes away when i scratch it, then it goes to maybe +1 or something..but if its one of those itches that just wont go away, like on my leg, then it goes to -1, cause its still irritating. and an itch on the bottom of my feet can jump to a +5/6 if someone else scratches it -_- dont ask how i know that.
