That's right. The Mii Contest Channel aka Check Mii Out has gone live and is now available to download from the Wii Shop Channel under WiiWare for free. The new contest channel will allow you to share your Miis with people around the world and enter them into popularity contests where they will be voted on by other Wii owners. There's currently a contest going on which involves creating Mario without his hat. So if you're curious go and take a look. Hopefully the channel will get some more depth at some point.

Already downloaded, and I put in My hatless Mario mii. I am gonna lose since it looks like some weirdo. It would probably win for best Bowser. Its alright, but I hope for something better later on.

I hate that the Miis you submit have their own damn code. (Seriously, Nintendo. Knock this BS off.) And that I simply can't just have a file where my Miis that I've submitted are located. It's stupid. D: <

Yes Nintendo decided to release it everywhere when it was only reported that NA would be getting it today. But the name change is sudden.

I was impressed with it being in PAL straight away.
