That's because you've played OoT before, I base how good a game is off of the first time I played through it, the first time I played through Ocarina of Time I was absolutely blown away by the game and it took me ages to finish because it was so new and different and hard and there was just something about it that was well "magic". TP was a great game, but it in no way surpasses OoT because it didn't have that "magic" that OoT had. That's the only way I can explain it and it's just my opinion, I can see why some people like TP better, even though myself and some others were disappointed by it (overhyped in my opinion, if i hadn't known pretty much every scrap of info on it before it came out I may of enjoyed it more)

Anyway back to topic, I can't WAIT to play Galaxy when it comes out here in...9 or 10 days I think...at least it's not 9 or 10 weeks or months this time

@morph ball: That's exactly what I'm saying but people say we shouldn't include that revolutionary, "first-time magical feeling" experience and base it off of its stats, and if we were to do that, then the current gen versions of these classics are far superior than the old. In my eyes, SMG = an upgraded SM64, and TP = an upgraded OoT.

Right, Ricky. That's the POINT people are making--they are UPGRADED and thus IMPROVED or BETTER than the older ones.
This, however, is not necessarily my opinion--I'm not gonna take a stance on this other than CRONOTRIGGERISTEHBESTOMGZWAFFLE!one!!!

It's a great game, but not the best of all time. OoT is better, all things considered.

Like I expected.

Just .2 of a review, and OOT took the lead that easily. XD

It's probably going to wind up staying very close, there might be a few more reviews, for the better or for the worst. I'd like to see them end up tied, or separated by .1.

Sorry about that, I guess he didn't notice your post, neither did I apparently. I just remember seeing some where else beforehand.

It doesn't matter, all that matters is the OoT is now #1 on Gamerankings again.

I kinda wanted a new game and I thought galaxy would be the perfect one.

Galaxy ftw! But I got out of it when I got a new game D:

cloud is living proof that that's not the best game in the world. i personally dont think it is. people can get in and out of that game so fast

I did/am doing the same with OoT. I'm only half way through and haven't played it in months.

I'm like that lol, it takes me so much too start playing any game again.
