I am voting for the invisible "Undecided" option. I honestly don't know...if I do it won't be for a very long time...I'll wait it out at least 2 years to see if the console dies a slow agonizing death until then...

Early next year hopefully. Uncharted, Ratchet, and Heavenly Sword have me intrigued. MGS4 and God of War 3 seal the deal.

Seriously, for me, who just traded it in again (fresh out college leaves me with little money), I think I will buy one again fresh revision, maybe in late 2008/early 2009, when they're smaller, and maybe, $299.
For now and the forseeable future, I don't have the money to warrant another console purchase, especially since the 360 has a brighter future of the two.

I was nearly on the verge of buying a PS3 because Assassin's Creed looked so bad ass...Then I play it at my friends house and it turned out to being a big let down for me...So right now I'm turned off of the PS3 completely...Unless I get a FF7 remake, Sony gets no cash from me...well other than CD-R and DVD-R money...

And let me guess, you've played all those games? The reviews for them are overwhelmingly positive which is enough to convince me.

I'll get one whenever KH3 comes out. I have no clue when that is, but that and LittleBigWorld are the only reasons for gettin it, so it can stand to wait a while.

I may stand corrected, but I heard about KHIII going cross platform. (I thought that was a Sony game)

a lot of games have fallen on my radar that are exclusive to the PS3. but there's just no way i can afford it now working part-time. for me it'll be late 2008 - 2009.

Hmmm...Well there's book reading, playing REAL instruments, and other various productive things that people used to do before today's youth was swallowed up within the blind and insatiable abyss of technology...Maybe try one of those instead?
