if by psp you mean playstation portable this is of no concern, i find that if a guy has a psp its usually modded, or sold. and if not hes a sucker (just like my brother)

i mean comon you could mod these things for free, and it only take an hour of your time. 10 minutes if you have all the files and knowledge already, as for the new psp's. just get an old one and mod it XD
