Now I am not being biased or anything because I only know one of them however, judging on the experience in the area Lz has been a MOD here for a while and has done brilliantly? Surely in the big picture the next step up is Admin.
Kindrik is a great member yes but a news editor to a Admin..? It didn't really seem logical.
Now I don't know how you choose your staff but I am thinking the normal way of that the admins are the highest rank on the staff ladder and would be the ones above the super mods?

I was a Super Mod once. But then D4rk used an "Awesome Stone" on me and I evolved into an Admin.
