There has been strong rumours of Apple + Nintendo joining.
Well, reading this thread it appears that you all will basically be seeing a 'Wii60' in the new dreamcast if it happens.
im suprised apple never did come to making a game console. i dont think it wouldnt sell- it would probably be at some outlandish price like everything apple makes lol

Apple may have deep pockets, but Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft are all that much bigger.
Plus, there's not room for another newcomer, and Apple doesn't have the technology to make a console without tons of R&D. (They don't have a viable kernel or a viable graphics layer.)

yep it always does come down to money in the long run- they couldnt keep up with it. let them market the MP3 players anyways i suppose.
besides, I don't want that freaky Apple Cult coming into the gaming industry, haha
