Pokémon Snap (N64): Perhaps the only camera game in existance is set to hit the Virtual Console in North America this coming Monday. The game is played on rails as you try to take the best possible shots of the wild Pokémon around you. This also marks the arrival of the first Virtual Console game to be updated with new Wii specific features. Any shots you take in the game can be sent to the Wii message board, and then sent to your friends. A higher than normal price would be expected but the game's price will be the standard 1000 Wii points.

Ghosts 'n Goblins (NES): Originally released in 1985, Ghosts n' Goblins is a platform arcade game from Capcom. You control Arthur, a knight who must defeat zombies and other creatures to rescue a princess. The game is considered to be one of the most difficult games ever to grace the NES. 500 points.

Baseball Stars 2 (NeoGeo): Yet another arcade game reaches the Virtual Console in the form of Baseball Stars 2. A cartoony style baseball game which may have impressed over 15 years ago but sports games in many cases do not age well. Strangely enough there was also a NES version but I assume it would make more sense to release the more pricey NeoGeo version. 900 points.

i played that pokemon game- it was really bizzare......

these games are kinda bunk again except for ghosts n goblins Smile thats still a great game
Pokemon Snap ftw.

But should be 500 points, due too it being a 10 minute game.
"Perhaps the only camera game in existence"? Haven't they ever heard of Project Zero / Fatal Frame?

Oops, I should have remembered that isn't a Nintendo press release.

Who is writing these things anyway? This is the second week they've revealed the American line-up ahead of time and I'm wondering if they'd like to have a go at predicting the PAL releases?

Ah wow, Pokemon Snap. Love it!
Why isn't Ghosts an' Goblins getting any love?
One of my fav SNES games xD

I assume the first one is just as good as the SNES sequal >.>

I work with what I can get. I haven't been able to find any sources for the PAL releases.

Nope, I hadn't. Probably should've worded that better because I forgot about Beyond Good & Evil too.

I'll do PAL when I get some free time back Smile

I've always though of Pokemon Snap as being a weird idea for a game ever since I saw the commercial for it when I was little. I've always though "what's the point." I guess the same can be said for the WiiWare pokemon game >.>
