Lag? I have only done one online match so far, there was some lag but that is because I am on dial up. But that will change tomorrow, I'm switching to high speed DSL!

Theres no lag on the connection its just everyone has the same type of lag I have with the controller not responding on time.
What cloud means to say is "do you think Nintendo will beef up their servers in time?" because, while lag is part of the internets, if nintendo would fix up their servers it wouldn't lag as much.

One last thing: for the stages, were you gonna build one for the tourney, Raphael? because A: I don't think you can use custom stages online, and B: even if you could, you need peoples FCs AND Wii numbers registered to send stages (and screens and replays)
Its actually not that bad. Today I managed to get 5 random matches. Some with little or no lag. Oh and 1 friend match with no lag wut so ever. So it looks like nintendo is fixing the online.
yeah I'm shore everything will be fine by time the tourny arrives. Iv'e found out I am really good with Mr. Game and watch, I'll probably use him in the tournament! I will begin doing online matches on Friday, when my high speed internet gets hooked up tomorrow. I can't wait to play a lot of you guy's.

The further complaints about online are making me wonder if this tournament will run smoothly. Not only will we see laggy matches, but annoying people who lose might be like "lol, the lag killed me, I'm still better than you."
