I'm SUPER pissed off.

Ok, so I tried cleaning the disc and everything and it didn't help (there's no scratches). So I called Future Shop and they made me wait Half an hour to tell me they DON'T KNOW how long the warranty for the game is and just said it's probably 30 days.

Then I call Nintendo, they walk me through some steps to try and fix it but of course it didn't work. So they say: "Sorry, um, you could try Activision?" So he gives me their number and their warranty site. I go to their site and I fill out a request to replace it and I asked my question on what was wrong.

So I wait a day and they tell me: "Sorry, we can't do JACK Sh*t because we're dumb sh*ts who make you wait a day for nothing". Ok they didn't say that but they might as well have. Anyways they refered me to Red Octane and now I filled out a request and I may have to wait up to a maximum of 3 days to know if they'll even replace my f***ing game. ARGH.

lets play a game called "jew out everyone" i play it all the time since well im jewish and im good at that! well heres what you do- you go to gamestop and trade in the game and get your money back. THEN go to another store and buy the game only! see its a win win situation since warnteys are dicking you over
You will probably be able to trade in the game but if they find out that it doesnt work then you are screwed.
llol how will they know? sure they take down your name/phone number and whatnot but thats for "security" reasons its not for anything else. its to make sure youre a legit owner and not a theif so if someone claims they traded in a bunch of games and it was you who stole them youre screwed. if the game doesnt work the game doesnt work for the NEXT owner not your problem anymore its gamestops now

really? maybe its just a thing up here then- i know they require you to have a licence and be over 16 to trade games.
I'm sorry to hear about your game trouble, but I guess it could be worse...I mean it could have some virus on the disc that is infecting your Wii as I write this...
how long has it been since you bought it? you might try returning it to the store at which you bought it, if it wasn't online. if they won't help, then check to see if your state has a lemon-law that applies to merchandise in general. if so, threaten the store w/ legal action, even if you can't afford as such. they should be much more hospitable then, and even if they can't replace it shortly should have to give you a refund and a rain check for the next copy they get in.

Send it to RedOctane (or Activision, whoever's in charge of this, I don't remember who) and ask for the "fixed" disk with Stereo sound.

Send them the disk, just tell them its one of the old ones with Mono, and they''ll send you the new one with stereo.
(And if it is an old one with Mono, then you really don't have a problem at all... just send it in already)
