i need to work on setting up my wii again if i wanna see if i was on the nice list this year to get a message :3 its been insane over here, and not too full of "holiday cheer" but we're working on it. it looks like things will be ok for tomorrow, so right now we're doing the last minute baking (and eating during the process). and by baking i mean making cookies, chocolate covered cherries, rum-soaked chocolate covered cherries, melting chocolate and making chocolate lollipops and gifts.

ugh, so busy...i havent even wrapped any of my presents yet DDDD: *rushes off...after going through the rest of WL*

and i aint 21 :3 this is the perk of having a mother who doesn't allow you to drink alcohol unless you promise you won't get drunk or leave the house. this is how my cousins and i all started our alcohol intake. christmas cherries. she let us have 1 each year until we turn 19 and are out of high school, in which she'd allow us to then take a handful. but theyre soooo strong, that i doesnt matter XD

And now, for a story.

The Night before Christmas in Nintendoland

‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the land
Heroes and Villains were all hand-in-hand
Mario and Bowser exchanged their gifts
And Samus and Ridley played in the snowdrifts
The Princesses were preparing the meal for the group
With roast beef and ham, potatoes and soup
When all of a sudden there arose such a clatter
They went to the roof to see what’s the matter
There was a boy dressed in green and red
With a sword in his hand, a hat on his head
He fought a Stalfos, who stood not a chance
And when he was defeated, they all did a dance
He then reached into his bottomless sack
And pulled out a gift that he hid ‘hind his back
He placed it into the stocking with care
Hoping the recipient would soon see it there
He repeated this process a couple times more
He did his job perfectly, perfect times four
He rose through the chimney and back in his sleigh
Loaded his sack and then went on his way
He called out to the fairies that were pulling his butt
And as they took off, he called from his gut,
“On Navi, on Malon, on Ruto and Natl,
On Farore, Nayru, Ilia and Tatl!”
As soon as they left the high-up rooftop
They fell to the ground with a sickening plop
As the young boy held his head with dismay,
He realized that fairies cannot pull a sleigh
So he figured he’d set out on foot the whole way
Conquering beasts that wanted to fray
So he ran to the darkness, into the night
With a final “HYAH!” he went out of sight
So Mario, Luigi, Zelda and Bow
Peach, Samus, Viewtiful Joe
Mother Brain, Kraid, Bowser and Kid
And the Star Fox crew: here’s what they did:
They all came together to laugh and to sing,
Since Christmas was magic, it always does bring
Them all together, and they sang like a band:
