What does it mean by first 32 player multiplayer? is it online? I'm asking because it don't got a nintendo wifi circle on the box...
It means that there are online modes where there can be up to 32 players online. The majority of EA online games don't have the Nintendo Wi-Fi logo. It may have something to do with EA using their own network that doesn't need friend codes.

But can it still connect via wifi?

Yes
It connects via wi-fi and uses an EAOnline account... I gotta tell ya, this game takes up a nice chunk of my day lol. The online multiplayer ROCKS... I have a wireless cable modem connection, I have virtually NO lag. The team deathmatches man... WHEW... it gets intense lol. I've yet to play the capture the flag or the infiltration modes, but both team and individual deathmatch mode are dope. It'd be nice if there were a few more locations (i THINK there's like 6 or 8?), but that's a minor complaint. The controls are great (I believe IGN stated that they're tighter than MP3:C), and visually it's impressive. Definitely cop-worthy.
