anyways, does anyone know when xbox live with be fixed? I heard it got a virus or something. it sucks though, kinda gives a bad first impression of it

the only accessories i have are the wireless headset, plug 'n play charge kit, and the quick recharge kit. the headset could be considered excess since it's pretty damn pricey.

Just so you all know, Microsoft is acknowledging temporary issues with Live, and will be back online soon I imagine. You know, this has brought up a lot of XBL bashing around the net, and I feel compelled to speak. People claim how the "free" PSN is not going down. Let me add, the dedicated servers are provided by region, and you must do the traditional log into a server stuff. Not that I'm bashing that, but before Live gets attacked because it's P2P, remember, their servers handle the tons of content downloads, as well as unparallelled matchmaking (see above with servers), for the some 500,000 Halo 3 users online at any given moment.
Anyway, back on topic, wenis, good choice with the 360. It's got a great library currently out, and a great 2008 library, which, IMHO, is above the PS3. I think you'll find the Live service to be awesome, and you'll have some great online play as well as single player gaming ahead of you for a long while.

Just had some intense halo matches.
Its going so perfect its awesome. Matches are found very fast.
Also, me and Noodleboy talked forever while I pwned n00bs.
Halo is overrated .... Call of Duty 4 is where its at.

How can you try and bash the best online service that is currently available for consoles? Its alot better than using long digit numbers to try add people and then realise you can't even talk to them.

Wow, I thought most people would be using a microphone. Aren't most mics compatible with the PS3 unlike 360? You would expect more people to be chatting away. Since I have had live, it feels weird going into an online game and not hearing people talk. Even if 50% of the time im getting insulted. Heck its fun!
