I've just gone wireless but I can't seem to get my DS online. When I search for an access point it comes up:
"The access point's security settings are not supported by the Nintendo DS."
I don't know how to fix it. Can anybody help?
depends on your wireless router...sometimes a firewall or an incompatable router will prevent you from connecting. i used to have a router that would work for my wii but not my ds because of some weird networking thing so i'd use my USB connector...but ever since we changed routers, i've had no issue connecting my ds.

Okay, thanks ...i. I'll check my router settings to see if it is a firewall or something preventing me from using Wi-Fi on my DS. I'm in the same boat as you was as my Wii is working perfectly fine online but my DS isn't having any of it. If I can't do anything then I will have to get the USB connector. Do you have an idea of how much they cost?
...i dont remember XD i think it's ~$20, but i'm not sure. your best bet would be to check with nintendo or whatever stores you shop at for your gaming needs. chances are you'll have to search online instead of in-store.

i bought me a connector but mine wont download the disc =/
you can get the program online...i'll go search for the site, and then edit this post with a link when i find it.
