The Good:
+ Classic Castlevania (Pure nostalgia)
+ Remake of Rondo of Blood - Never before released in the US
+ Symphony of the Night bundled into it as an unlockable
+ ORIGINAL Rondo of Blood also unlockable (should you dislike the 2.5D approach)
The Bad:
- Classic Castlevania (No evolution here)
- Ham-Fisted voice acting (somehow makes it feel more classic)
There really isn't anything truly bad about this package. It's one of the few PSP games out there that really plays like a handheld game should! Quick, fun, stop and go whenever you please.
...and for once, we get a true castlevania. Not metroid-vania or even the current incarnations on the DS where you get superpowers. No, Richter Belmont is a TANK. A tank that can do backflips.
I'll mention that Symphony of the Night has some new voice acting and additional content (Maria playable, and I think more familiars like the Saturn version had) and is paced well if you're stuck on a bus or plane and know you won't be going anywhere for a while.
