I'm going to Madison for the regional yugioh tornament. It's in the format where you are never knocked out, you keep going, and whoever has the most wins wins. The top 8 people get to go to that nationals during the summer. Wish me luck.

I used to be a big fan of the cards and show, after reading the thread I found my cards. Some of my best/rare include;
Gatling Dragon - His effect is amazing; potentially destroy 3 monsters per turn.
Black Luster Soldier: Envoy of the beginning - Extremely rare and powerful.
Kuriboh - Niether rare nor powerful..just fluff nuff said.
The Ultimate combination - Few cards that work together and are amazing, Yugi still beat it in the show...
Command Knight - Rare
Gren Maju de eiza - Effect; number of cards in both graveyards X 400 = the attack and defense of this monster. I have another card that goes with this to help the graveyard thing.
Several 'toon' cards - Very Very rare
Ocean Dragin Lord - Very rare and powerful
Dark necrofear - w00t
Jinzo - w00t
all sphinx cards - w00t

3 blue eyes white dragons - You know where this is going...right?
I know I have more good ones somewhere but can't seem to find.
I had 5 blue eyes, all diffrent versions. Those are some pretty nice cards. I have 700+ cards and 4 decks. I have Obilisk the tormentor also. I made it to the 4th round, then my dad made me drop out. I won only one of those rounds. There were 8 rounds total, each 40 minutes each with 10 minutes in between. Lots of fun though. I'll check tommorow what place I got.

Ah gawd. The Blue-Eyes, one of the easiest found cards ever, and one of the most powerful. Plain, but hard to beat. And Envoy of the Beginning? My friend had it

I've never played it but I used to play Magic and I started playing that back in 93' when it was first introduced. That's also where and when I got this nickname from. Good luck to you in the tourney. I haven't played in a Magic tourney in a while.

My friend had one. He sold this dumb 10 year old three fake God Cards for The Winged Dragon of Ra. And due to the show changing the effect on Ra so often, my friend used to use all of them.

Yeah, the show was weird at times. They were only confirmed with Slither, amount of cards in hand = his attack and defense.
The show has went crazy with GX, there has been yet another exodia, 3 more shadow God things, another several RA effects etc.
