Dont really care for both but Link is better to me.

mario are more fun to play, but i doubt link will lose this contest.
another way to find is to put a computer mario and link to fight against eachother in ssb or ssbm, which ever one you have.

Yep lvl 9 other wise i wouldve got bored watching them stand next to each other...
and i couldnt change it from me fighting them to them fighting each other - it wouldn't be fair...
mario (me playing as) v link was harder than the other way around, im not as good with mario as i am link...

Technically didn't DK start it, because he was the most noticeable character way back in those Mario arcade games. Mario didnt even have a name yet. He was called jumpman.

you tried it on teo differnt ssb games and there are differences between mario and link in both games

Either way I still think in a fight Link definatly lol Imagine them fighting as real people.

In a war of franchises its hard to pick between the game... Zelda has had OOT buuuuuut Mario has SMB3... So it was a hard choice.

mario also has SM64

but the Zelda has a forth coming possibly ground breaking new title- i cant see Galaxy being as amazing as Super Mario Bros. 3

If it uses the Wiimote to its full potential then it could be better than super mario 64 but SMB3 was the greatest game.Actually if you look at it there are things that could hinder both Zelda:TP and Mario galaxy.
Zelda:TP
1)Wiimote may not be comfortable for fighting.
2)Its a current gen port to the Wii.Graphics are not even Wii quality.
Mario Galaxy
1)they dont take advantage of the Wiimote
2)may remind us of Mario Sunshine too much.
So we should just be happy that we have such awesome titles on the Wii.
