Walmart Says Sorry
Last Friday people jumped on the deal from Wal-Mart that offered Brawl for an outstanding price of $19.82. To everyone’s surprise Wal-Mart was quick to cancel this offer. People who took advantage of the deal were soon sent an e-mail telling them that their order was cancelled. So not only did Wal-Mart make a mistake that stuck out like a sore thumb; they didn't let the people who had already ordered have their deal. After the dissatisfaction a lot of people experienced Wal-Mart decided to compensate those that ordered Brawl but had it cancelled. They are now offering a free $10 electronic Gift Card to use online at Wal-Mart’s website. If you haven’t already received your e-mail, here is what to expect:
With a mistake like that Wal-Mart should feel it’s their duty to make disappointed customers feel better. So this is definitely the right thing for them to do. Unfortunately though they're with out a doubt going to lose a lot of money over this.
