I'm sure they can did up some more characters within the depths of Nintendo. Looking at IGN's Smash It shows there are plenty of options. And 35 characters is complete BS.

I don't know how people came to that conclusion, to achieve Mewtwo in Melee was long and I don't see why it wouldn't be any different for Brawl. It's Probably why he isn't in the sticker screenshot with the rest of the pokemon characters.

Yeah it did take a while, I think to fight Mewtwo you had to play 200 versus matches or 20 hours worth of versus matches. The cheap way was to leave your Gcc on for a day in a match and then walk one of the characters off to there death but that took the fun out of playing smash the right way. Hopefully you still have to fight the character to unlock it even in the SSE.

I don't see why they would change the part where you have to fight the challenger. If they're in SSE there will probably be some cinematic event before your battle.

there isn't any real reason to get rid of Mewtwo, and he can easily be fixed.

Thanks. I loved mewtwo. Lots of people didn't like him but I thought he was awesome!!! I used that escape move all the time and my friends would get so mad at me!!!

when i first heard mewtwo was playable i was excited, but sadly he was bad. i mean Mewtwo was the baddest of the pokemon, when there were 251, and was also a legendary, but just didn't meet the high standards. hopefully this time around his has more weight

yeah, I was so excited I did the trick where you leave your cube on for 20 hours. I wanted to play him so bad!!!!

i dont want him back if he will be the same but if i find out he'll be different i then i want him to come back.

when i was a bit younger, my sister and i would laff so hard because i'd always play as kirby and whenever i'd suck up mewto it'd look like he was pooping with mewto's tail flowing off him...yes, i was a sick, sick child...hehe

There should be enough possible characters for the next Brawl game. I mean they might not be as big of characters but thats how it is. And i believe that mewtwo will still probably be in brawl even after we know that Lucario is in. There isnt really a reason to get rid of him besides the fact that there are a lot of playable Pokemon now.

35 characters be a huge let down. nearly 3 years and that's all you can put out? plus it's possible to have a "flipping" character selection, where you can go to a nest page of characters.
