His FS? But Mewtwo never had a FS so how can you compare? I haven't seen and videos btw so I don't know what Lucario's FS is.

I think he means FORWARD smash

That confused me too

He hops into the background and shoots a laser into the foreground that moves centrifugally. It looks as if you can control the direction of its rotation.

As Clous best described it, Lucario's Final Smash is like a Kamehameha wave,

Its true, lol. So... Ganondorf = Ryu and Lucario = Goku.

After watching that video W_R showed me I'm pretty convinced Lucario is just Mewtwo in disguise. His jumping, throws, and a few attacks are really similar to Mewtwo.

Lucario ≠ Mewtwo. They jumped and throw differently. Only three attacks are similar. His Special, Foward Smash, and Aerial Foward Smash.
