Dumbest thing ever. I'm gonna ask my cable operator over here to carry Fox just so I can cancel it. I like how they let the expert speak for about thirty seconds and when he told them they were wrong and had facts to prove them wrong they pretty much cut him out of the picture and went to their panel of knownots (I'm copyrighting that word if it doesn't already exist) and they made me realize how the dumbest of people are allowed to talk about things they know nothing about and put it off as fact.
Such an amazing game i wish these fucking idiots would play it before making assumptions on a scene that is quite frankly hard to unlock on your first playthrough if you don't know what your doing.

Fox News, a used to be well respected network has just went to its all time low, when they have to slander the name of a 2 companies and a highly acclaimed video games [Mass Effect] Nudity, an ass cheek? If thats inappropriate then 99.99% of all television shows needs to be taken off the air. Cartoons, music videos, newspapers, MOVIES, and so much more in media. this was just another desperate attempt by extremist to make a blind statement to abolish video gaming.
what more can companies like Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo do?
They put parental controls on all consoles. some games you can play and others [with higher ratings you cant]. Hell even my 360 could be password protected! Nintendo publish lesser "M" rated games compared to Sony or Microsoft, that took a damper on Nintendo's image and sales [just look at the GCN]
The ESRB is alot more stricter then before when it comes down to rating a game. after all the lawsuits and unwanted attention, the ESRB is actully doing more then they should. they hold responsibility now to the retailers as well. I have know people who have gotten fired for selling a M rated game to a 17 year old [even though on the box it does say for children 17 and older, nope... better be 18... and bring a pal whos 20 with you!]
So now, all these other people and companies are responsible for these children except for the parents?
