I'm surprise to watch BBC and see a slew on Microsoft Zune commercials on BBC America.  I don't think I've seen any commercials for the product in the states for many months, but almost every other commercial in shows like How clean is your house, You are what you eat, or two of Gordan Ramsey's shows Kitchen Nightmares and The F word have a Zune advert in them.

Is the zune a lot more popular in the UK or is Microsoft just trying to push it there?

Zune isn't even out in the UK.

yep, and ipod is pretty much the only thing people get over here now. If you're really anti-apple you get a creative zen or an iriver

I have no problems with iPod. They're solid, bright, have excellent software in iTunes (even if it's a Random-Access-Whore), and have done well with capturing the market with bold advertising.

Hell I'm viewing this thread on an iPod!
