Games Convention hitting London in March
Coming this March, the UK is getting their own gaming convention!
Taking place at Wembley Stadium, in London, Play.com Live will be hosting the event which is planned to be pretty good. Over the course of two days, there will be discussion, showcases and much more of the top games landing in the UK during the next twelve months, and possibly further.
The 'most important' people visiting the convention will be able to get hands on with the hottest titles long before they will even be arriving in the Play.com warehouse. I'm guessing that, by "hands on", it will mean some serious gameplay happening under the roof of Wembley Stadium.
Over both days, Play.com will be dishing out some smashing prizes. These include free goodie bags to all that attend, and also two big chances to win £50,000!
The convention will be held on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th March, with doors opening at 10am and closing at 6pm.
If it's open to all the public, I may consider going. It's obviously not going to be huge, as it's hosted by Play.com. But still; it could be fun!
