Disc Eject

This also answers some questions I had about the disc drive. At first, I thought this was it, but then I saw this flap on the side (you will see this in an upcoming post as well), and thought that was it, and the blue light was just for kicks, but this calms down some speculation.

Gamecube titles should be able to enter and exit this same slot!

Still doesn't show how to insert GameCube discs. Hopefully you just have to aim for the center lol.

I'm thinking that you can put the GC disks anywhere in the slot, and it'll be sucked into the Wii.

nah, nah, nah... there will be a disc tray that ejects for the gamecube discs. (like the ps2 tray)

haha.. wouldnt that be cool... "Now the Nintendo Wii can 'suck' your gamecube games right into place to be played immediately."

Somehow I think its going to have problems like that ;P like the ps2 when placed in the tall position.

Just like a standard car CD player, they have no trouble sucking in and playing mini -cdr's.

Not from what I've heard. No extra tray.

The Wii can sit sideways too, instead of vertically. Either way, the little motors in the inside should have no trouble centering it. The CD players load from the middle, as that is the first place the regular sized CD's touch.

The wii is Tinyier than i thought i thought i will be much bigger but good thing the Wii and GC games are small a DVD will like be HUGE.

god I hope there isn't a disc tray, thats like the main thing I don't like about my ps2!

Whats so bad about a disc Tray

Becasue the Wii's all about innovation, and a disc tray is so last gen! Also, we know there won't be a disc tray ,just watch the movie lol
