I would give it to MP3 for single player and Halo 3 for multiplayer.

mp3... halo is one of the best fps series, but in my opinion by far the most overrated fps series.

metroid definitely has the better single player and is more fun to play in that aspect, but Halo's multiplayer goes unmatched except by maybe Call of Duty 4, but nonetheless they are both great games and it just depends on what your looking for
