So I'm sitting watching Constantine and I hear POP POP POP POP, and really think nothing of it. I look out the sliding glass door thinking some idiots in the apartment complex are lighting off fireworks or something. The neighbors sound like their having a party of some sort, so I don't think much of it. About a half hour later I hear POP POP, and now I know something is wrong.

I tell my significant other to call emergency maintenance, but then I stop and say..call 911 those were gunshots.

I end up being the one who calls the cops, and all hell starts breaking loose in the hallway, and now there's yelling and screaming, and something about a pregnant girl being shot in the back, and being outside in the front of the complex.

2 people are in the back of the apartment building, 1 guy 1 gal, and she's telling him "guys name here, tell them that I told you to shoot her."

It doesn't take too long for the cops and God knows who else to get to the apartment complex, (many other people had called 911) and there's just yelling and screaming in the hallways. I hear something more about someone being shot in the front of the building, some other gal possibly being shot, and another guy with a gunshot to the head (those must have been the last two POP POP sounds I heard *guessing)

So now I'm afraid my car may be damaged, and my significant other wondering the same thing, but police won't let anyone go to the front of the building where the cars are parked. A detective came and talked to us about half an hour ago (230am) and now we get to wait till morning to see if our cars are shot up, and watch the news to find out if there are 3 dead people in the apartment right beside ours. BTW the detective actually asked if any bullets had come through to our apartment.

What a crazy night.
Yikes! I heard some screaming fights but never gunshots in my last apartment! Now we live in a very quiet neighborhood and never worry about that kind of thing!
Wow. That's horrifying man. I live in a very quiet place so nothing like that happens here. Glad your okay.
Jebus! Glad you're okay gft.

Still.... sounds.... exciting? Do I sound like a jerk saying that?

Guns are illegal in Ireland except for a special group of police officers of who there are few in the country. You can't buy them here.
Wow, I'm glad you're ok! Smile

2 Wounded 1 Dead In Early Morning Shooting

Three people were shot early Sunday morning.

At one a.m. Fort Wayne Police responded to a 911 call at the 2200 Block of Point West Drive, near the intersection of Goshen & Coliseum.

There, police found one adult male and one adult female suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to a local hospital in serious condition. Police also located another adult male who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police believe a domestic disturbance may have lead to the shooting. There are no suspects in this incident. The investigation continues.

I am so glad guns aren't legal here.
I am not to shocked because I like GFT live in Michigan. GFT, you live in Wayne county right? I live in Oakland.
No no, my main residence is Southern Michigan, this took place in Fort Wayne IN, where I generally stay on weekends.
Ah i see, is that your significant others homestead?
hm, i havent been around gunshots, but there have been stabbings and the like, the weapon of choice in the gangs around here. one was while i was paying for gas, which was not fun. ive seen the aftermath of a shootout, but never heard the pops or seen the guns...

did you get questioned or anything like that? any news on who the two were that were talking out back? there are your suspects...

The pregnant woman and the one man shot are now in fair condition, but they're saying that the man in the backroom who was shot in the head shot the other two and killed himself. That doesn't make any sense since after the last 2 gun shots, I heard the woman and man out back with the whole "tell them that I told you to shoot her" conversation, and the man who was shot in the head name isn't "Bobby" the name of the guy that was out back with the girl.

I'm thinking about looking into a bit more, because I wonder if the detective just took my info and blew it off, since the police apparently didn't even go into the middle of the back courtyard where those two were having a conversation, and especially since the conversation took place after all the shooting was over.

I just want to be sure that the shooter isn't walking around a free man.

Wow crazy night indeed! I was gonna ask if you live in Detroit. I was close!
Yikes, glad you're safe man. And yeah, it does seem a bit fishy to me, damn lazy detectives eating there donuts Toungue
