Watch the video closely. The guy the video is following gets a headshot on a guy by simply hitting another guy with a flash grenade.

it wasnt a headshot. i've killed guys with frags, flash, stun, and smoke grenades and they pop up as the icon below the headshot icon... as if being hit directly with a grenade launcher.
you can also see the headshot icon pop up before the frag even hits the enemy. sorry to burst the epic pwnage. it's still a cool kill. most of mine were accidental. lol.
Ya, the head shot comes after the flashbang kill. Still awesome though.
On a side note, I might be getting a 360 soon ^_^
