Just when you thought you knew everything you could about Media Molecule's upcoming world-creator game LittleBigPlanet, we find something else that blows our minds and makes us anticipate the title even more. In the latest Edge magazine, it's been revealed that in addition to the emotions and such your sackboy (and sackgirl) can perform, there are plans to lip-synch voice chat. That is to say, the characters will move their mouths in roughly the same way you do (even if not, it's still cool). Down the line, expect stuff like voice filters, too. We think that's a pretty stellar move.

Just one more reason to say WOW Smile
littleExtremelyBigPlanet.
lip-synching voice chat has been done. the rainbow 6 games, even the ones on the original xbox, had this.

voice filters arent popular with the online community either.
It's just one more thing to add to an already amazing game...I just want a demo to try it for myself.
hope the gameplay doesn't start to get too confusing, with all the different actions you can do. id rather them keep it nice and simple, hopefully it will be.
It looks like they are going all out with this game. I was already sold a long time ago but it's always a good thing to get more of...well, a good thing.
SWEET! My fiance really wants this game, but we don't have a PS3, so the more reasons to get one the better Toungue
HNB, there are some great games that I think she'll love. There's one game I downloaded from the PSN and it's pretty good and most girls seem to love it as much as if not more than the guys. I think you should let her see some video clips of littlebigplanet to help sway her to the dark PS3 side.
i still haven't been sold on LittleBigPlanet. I've never actually seen any particularly interesting footage of it. Can someone provide some decent links for me?
I'd suggest you go to http://www.gametrailers.com and check out the game.
The more you watch it the more it grows on you. At first you'll be like me and feel like WTF did I just watch so then you'll watch it again and start to like it.
Well i've watched some stuff and I can't say I'm very impressed. What exactly do you do in this game? Build your own worlds and exchange them with your friends to play their worlds?
I don't really get it either, Rooster. All I see it as is my ticket to getting a PS3 Toungue
