At a GDC lecture Haden Blackman, the project lead on The Force Unleashed, stated that Lucasarts has now learnt a valuable lesson from its development of the game. All future multiplatform projects will prioritize development on the PS3 before being ported over to the 360. This is a direct result of problems and delays during the development of The Force Unleashed caused by trying to port the 360 version to the PS3. The game is now, thankfully, on track, despite these delays.
A live demo of The Force Unleashed was also shown and, from what we've heard, it looks absolutely stunning. We can't wait for its release this summer.

Well this game was designed for the 360 then ported to the PS3. I don't see any differences between the two, I don't think this will have a massive impact anyways. If the PS3 version is very similar to the 360 for the Force Unleashed, I have nothing to worry about.
yeah thats what they are saying, but they said future games will be designed with for the PS3 first then ported to the 360 since the PS3 is technologically superior. they just want the most out of their games I guess.. but who wouldn't *cough*EA
I saw the trailer for the Wii version. The whole trailer only showed the character using the force though and not really using the light saber. I did look really cool though but might get old after a while. I need to see more.
Yeah, I've seen those. I hope they have a demo for this game and then I'll decide on it.

Well, if those are my only two choices I may just buy it.
I really think this game will be a no brainer. All Lucas Arts has to do is make a good game and it will be amazing, but something tells me this game is going to be over-the-top amazing with all the layer of tech they've put into it.
This game is a must buy? Well... must be a lot easier for games to become must buy's these days.
Anyway, Lucas Arts should stop wasting time on Star Wars and make a new Monkey Island... man that game rocked, easily one of their best.

Yup I think most gamers will see the videos that have been posted on this game and realize this might be the first Star Wars game where you actually feel like you have real force powers.
But that doesn't make it a sure-fire success. Especially with Lucas Art's track record.
lol if you want a 100% guarantee, well then that's just ridiculous, but with the success of the latest Star Wars games, KOTR, Battlefront games, Lego Star Wars...I'm sure this game will do very well.
If we're going to critique future games on what a studio has done 10 years ago or longer, then I'm not sure how any studio could possibly make a decent game
KOTR were good games, Battlefront is meh (didn't mind the first, but more of the same afterwards) and you can't deny LEGO Star Wars got VERY lucky lol.
Maybe your right, lady luck struck 3 times with Lego Star Wars, : LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, and LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. Wish I had that kind of luck.

I'm still yet to play any lego game... I've heard that some of them are great but I've just never bothered with trying any of them. I might have to do that but considering I've sold all my systems except for my Wii, PS3, and Dreamcast (no one wants to buy it...) I'll have to wait for lego Indy perhaps on the Wii.
