Aparantly there's going to be a movie based on POP: Sands of Time. I'm not sure how its going to be, but they could do some wicked stuff with his Sands of Time powers. And they've got a big name in Jerry Bruckheimer doing it.
If it winds up doing well we could probably see the entire Sands of Time trillogy with movies.

Devil May Cry, Metroid, Perfect Dark, Quake, Spy Hunter, Tekken and a few more.

god i hope they dont ruin it. game to movie doesnt always turn too great. But ya, they could do a lot of cool stuff with slo-mo and reversing time.
Yeah, look at Super Mario Bros., Doom and Final Fantasy. Weather they were good or not, they all flopped at the box office and the developers lost lots of money.

Even Tomb Raider died after having a successful first movie. The second one killed it. They even had a 3rd move in the works.

i didnt mind the first resident evil but the following one...or 2 i didnt care for.
I normally don't care if game movies suck because it's not the game makers fault and the game is still great. I just always hope it'll be cool so it's worth watching. Normally is pleasing enough that it's even a movie.
But I still think POP will own in a movie.
Ironic that movies based on games suck and it's the same the other way around.
Most games based on movies are terrible too.

I thought the game looked cool, but never really liked it. Had it for the Xbox. I really don't see a good movie in it. Wish there was, but sadly enough i think it's gonna be pretty, but not great.
