WiiLoaded.com - Wii Forum and News

A few times I've wanted to post some news or a topic that just didn't fit on any single forum.  I would like to suggest a new forum for general/random gaming discussion.  In it you could compare systems, discuss arcade games, games made for consoles other than Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft systems, and general gaming knowledge that isn't specifically taylored to one console.

Threads that would be ideal for this include "Why do we game" or "Console of Choice".  If nothing else, it might keep those who like to argue somewhat secluded to one forum.  Granted it won't stop it all.  Also it would be a place to talk about gaming systems made by other companies: Sega, Atari, Magnavox, etc.  Also could include plug in play games.  This would probably best fit in the Other Systems section around PC Gaming.

Just an idea, what does everyone think?

We discussed this before. The general rule is that if we're discussing a multi-format game which is on Wii, then we discuss it in Third-Party or Nintendo Gaming.

Otherwise, just choose a console forum. Don't worry, we've all run into the barrier you're talking about, but I don't think it would be worth it.

I'm all for it, and find myself wondering where things belong. Which sometimes prevents me from posting certain things. But I doubt this will happen.
