It's so disgusting that people will jilt innocent people just to make an easy buck.
These guys are going somewhere, and it isn't going to be a pair of pearly gates.

If this happened to be I'd be so pissed, but the more I think about it I just have to laugh. The only thing that would have made it funnier is if the package also came with an old TV remote and a real nun chuck.

This kind of thing happened to a friend of mine. Paid $100 for an Xbox and it never came. Stuff like this gives my policy that I absolutely will NOT buy any hardware or consoles not brand new in box with all inserts and whatnot, and if there is no picture, I won't even consider it (I won't buy from stock photos either)
And I do look at feedback score.
With my entire 1 transaction on eBay. ( I got a one year anniversary! e-mail the same day as a congratulations on you first transaction! e-mail. Some valued customer I am)

This is why people climb buildings and start picking off innocent pedestrians walking below them. Ok, not really but I'd still be pretty pissed. Even if he gets his money back he still doesn't have a Wii and all the time wasted with shipping and straightening it out...

I totally agree with you. I've sold a couple GBA's, Sega Dreamcast, Original Super Nintendo, and a Nintendo Wii on ebay (along with a ton of games and accessories) and I always spend the little bit of cash it takes to take my own "GOOD" photos.
It's kind of sad, when I sold my Wii with some games, I looked around ebay to see what others were selling and for how much. One guy had basically thrown his Wii, controllers, and wiring on a nasty looking bed in one big clump and got something like $375 out of it. People just need to be more discriminating.
