It's been a while since we've had our hands on WipEout HD, but if we ever had a bad thought about it, I wish we could take them all back. It's looking better and better every time the gang in Liverpool dishes out new media. A bit of a WipEout XL junkie back in the day, I simply cannot wait until this shows up on the PlayStation Store for a proper online race. The HD version at GameTrailers certainly does the whole more justice than the one above.

looks like I need a ps3

I agree this game does look amazing. I'll just wait on the price, but I'm guessing it won't be too expensive. Plus people were complaining about the song list or lack thereof, but honestly what does it matter. The songs they chose are great, plus you can put your own music in the game too.

sony were clever in doing this, especially since it looks like it's more Wip3out style as opposed to WipEout Pulse style.

they've hit my weak spot, I need this game (and WipEout PS3, the 'full' version of WipEout HD to be released in the future)

And the thing with WipEout music, it needs to have a certain style, and it looks like they're still keeping this in consideration, I think the playlist is good, anything with acoustic drums or guitar in would just feel weird.
