I dunno if I'd say City of Delusion is their second best. Songs like New Born, Starlight, Stockholm Syndrome, Hysteria, Butterflies and Hurricanes, Space Dementia, and the sorts are higher up on my own list than CoD.

Must be something about it that I just like...Starlight's a little too mainstream for me. I don't really like the sound of it. Those others come just after CoD.
