My only quarrel with Brawl is Toon Link's appearance and Mewtwo and Roy's cut.

True, I haven't played the game. But I've seen his moveset, he looks lame. Not to forget my original reason being that they could have put someone cooler in there instead of him. Anyone really. And the fact that I don't like the idea of a general enemy like ROB being playable in a game like Smash. But whatev, he'll probably be dropped from Smash 4 *crosses fingers*

thats actaully a good thing. balanced games are hard to find.
You'll still see people who stick with characters that are perceived as powerful, though.
Cloud I think I am liking Toon Link better than Link! I have been trying to get used to Link with all his changes. To some he may not seem all too different, but trust me he really is. My only issue with Toon Link is his range..
My only concern is whether or not this game will match Melee competitively. Logic says no, but we can hope that later this year it happens.
I'm keeping my eye out for any techs discovered by people trying to pull apart Brawl's engine. Let us pray for them.
EDIT: And yeah, most of the characters seem balanced for now. But I'm sure soon we'll start seeing gaps form. The likes of DK and Yoshi are already tumbling and will inevitably be bottom tier once again.

I think it will just give it some time. Your right about DK. he's harder to use. Yoshi is alright.
Yoshi stunk in Melee, he'll probably continue in Brawl. Pick up right where he left off.

Just because they have given ROB a good move set. It doesn't mean he deserves to stay in for SSB4. I would much rather see the likes of Mewtwo or someone return. ROB just shouldn't be there, it shouldn't of even crossed Sakurai's mind when making the game. ROB was born a failure, and always will be...no matter how hard Nintendo try.
