Wii Troopers
Description:
Who we are?
WT is currently the top ranked clan for Mario Strikers Charged, Medal of Honor Heroes 2, Guitar Hero 3, and DragonBall Z 3. As of March 9, 2008, WT has 79 members, whom all had to pass our difficult tryout system.
WT is known throughout the gaming community for starting several key style revolutions in the games it has conquered. We are a more mature crowd, that focuses on teamwork and ingenuity. We take a serious approach to our gaming, and strive for success. With a common attitude and goal, WT members have a strong sense of unity. Each member has an equal ability and opportunity to shape the future of WT, and in turn, shape the future of any game that they may play.
Since WT is nearly the largest group of skilled multi-game Wii gamers, we plan on becoming a major force in Brawl. Not just in words. WT has many plans in store for the upcoming months to skyrocket our popularity and success. We are going to do whatever we can to get our name out there and make sure our members ALWAYS have a challenge. WT is a VERY active clan, and competes in many clan wars.
Why should you join WT?
If you strive for success in Brawl, WT will be a great tool for you. By being a part of a large, focused gaming organization like WT, you will have a group of dedicated gamers ready to offer you a challenge at any time of the day. You can work as a team to develop your skills and INVENT the game within brawl (which has not yet been done). Once your skills are honed, WT will be a very common name in the entire North American Brawl community. You will have the opportunity to play with and against the best players, inside and outside of WT. You will be given constant competition, both online, and in your region. It is a great thing to work as a team, rather than alone, as you would increase your skills much more quickly, in the company of your team, not potential enemies.
It is a promise that WT will offer you everything possible to make your competitive Brawl gaming FUN. We are NOT lazy, we are VERY organized, and VERY active.
WT offers the following ammenities:
-a fully automated league
-forum access
-real-time chatbox (IRC)
-power to make clan decisions
-access to private game development discussions
-private messaging system
-access to tournaments
-ability to play in clan wars
-many more to come, but not smart to announce in public
WT and the Community:
WT has a long track record of organizing the online Wii community's competitive side. We do what we can to spark wars, and stand up for ethical gameplay.
We are going to keep an index of online and regional Brawl tournaments all around North America, along with keeping track of all active clans and clan wars. It is our mission to organize the Brawl community so that our members can take part in all the fun that ought to come along with such a great game. By helping the community build an infrastructure, we will also enhance our gaming experience at WT.
WT has 2 current projects in line. One has already begun: WT radio. We will create podcasts to inform all interested in the Wii gaming community's news, along with provide tips, player profiles, debate, etc. A future goal of ours is to create WT TV, where we will broadcast demonstrations, matches, etc in real time.
How do I join WT:
Now that you have read a brief summary of our past success and future goals, you SHOULD be wondering, "How do I join?" WT only recruits elite gamers, not casual gamers. We have high standards and a simple, yet difficult tryout system. Our members are dedicated to preserving our elite image.
You must come to the site and fill out an application in our forums. Once your application is accepted, you must face 5 WT members who are a part of our Brawl division. These members may vote Yes, Undecided, or NO. You must get 3 yes votes out of 5. If you get undecided votes, you must play different WT members to get another opinion. You could end up trying out for 2 weeks! However, in this process, you will become a much better player. It acts as both a tryout system, and a training program.
If you do not make the clan, you may tryout again a week after you were rejected. Again, you can keep trying until you become WT material.
Thank you
