How come in the start of two there were half clothed girls? lol
Honestly, there has never been "pure" rap, I'm sorry to say. So I'm not liking the thread topic.

Either way, nice vids.
same >_> I dont find it really Pure but there isnt no point of fighting again >_>
Three of those were pure ****. Tupac's To Live & Die in LA is a tight song though.

death to rap!!!
Death to most rap.
I'd have to say the best rap group ever was the Sugar Hill Gang...I said a hip hop, the hippie, the hippie to the hip hip hop, and you don't stop, the rock it to the bang bang boogie, say up jumped the boogie to the rhythm of the boogie, the beat.
Tupac is still alive.. in some of his newer songs, they relate directly to whats happening now.

Isaac Newton is alive because his theory of gravity still relates to what's happening now, and forever..

If y'all ain't up on Little Brother and Slum Village, y'all ain't up on Hip-Hop. Period. **** "rap"... it ain't the same.
You guys are retarded. Mainstream bulls**t about drugs and hoes and guns is f***ing rediculous. Hip hop is a great artform, but unfortunately the only good artists are underground.
Rap is my favorite genre and my personal favorite artist is Sage Francis, but some of the other underground heads are up there too (Slug, Murs, Immortal Technique etc).
Man you guys gotta listen to Eric B & Rakim. (and if you havent even heard about them your missing out.)
also NWA i like the Old school rap, gangasta rap and a select few of this NEW stuff.

but ya check out Eric B & Rakim, NWA, and Fresh Prince (will smith LOL) its actually O.K

I love you. That/you was/are amazing.

I'm still laughing....0_o

Blue Scholars and Common Market are quite good. Not to mention Del, and De La Soul. Er...and Beck, sorta. Also, there are some good Nerdcore rappers out there (I'm a little obsessed). And Sir Mix-a-lot was a sav.
