Well, since Brawl is out I want a sig that involves Brawl. I REALLY like Clouds and was hoping for something like his.

Multi-layered frames...Go on clouds sig and save it. then open it on photoshop and you'll see the layers.

It's difficult but you'll be ok.
I know on GIMP it is like (100ms)(fade) or something like that.
