After discovering that Activision's upcoming game Guitar Hero: Aerosmith wasn't entirely made up of Aerosmith songs, some of us started to wonder just what other songs were going to be making an appearance.

Well right here at WiiLoaded.com, we have news of four new tracks on the soundtrack. They are:

  • Mott the Hoople - "All the Young Dudes"
  • The Kinks - "All Day and All Night,"
  • Joan Jett - "Hate Myself for Loving You"
  • Cheap Trick - "Dream Police"

While this reporter always attempts to be as unbiased as possible, he can't help but feel a little let down by these four songs. Still though, it's only a sample of the tracks yet to come.

Now if you don't mind, I'm going to go listen to some Mott the Hoople.

Those are some nice bands and more bands/songs like this will make GH: Aerosmith a probably buy for me
Still not sure if I'm going to buy it...I will probably wait for Guitar Hero 4. But I think it's better now that it doesn't just include songs by Aerosmith.
I just bought GH3 a while ago so I probably won't buy this or GH4. But if the Beatles came out, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Beatles fan for life!Big Grin
I'm still playing GH III to death every day and since I can't seem to get track packs I'm dying for new songs. I'll probably pick this up as well as GH IV when it comes out. That is unless I can get my hands on Rock Band next month, which I'm intending to do.
