So... it just dies at random?

i...don't get it? what exactly is wrong with it, i might have missed it but i didn't see anything wrong...

l and r don't work, only r occasionally

I guess it's a little darker than i expected, i'm doing this in my living room in the middle of the day, when the ds shakes, that's me frantically trying to fire or boost ball

Same thing happened to me and my brother

just try and grip the L and R button and pull, sometimes it works because it has crap jammed in there

and if that dnt work hopefully you will be able to dish out 150$ :l

I absolutely have NO money at all, i would of had a new ds by now, but i don't even have 75 dollars to repair it.... I still have old one, but i don't want to give up all my rankings just to play on phatty

so what exactly is wrong with the DS light

Dude i had the same problem. infact recientily i had 2 fix my DS with Super Glue becasue the hinge that has the light on it (above the R button) came fight off and i could see the processers and stuff inside it. All you have 2 Do is blow into the L and R buttons for a good while. Your buttons have a senctivity issue. blowing into it will get all the gunk out and fix it but it takes like 2 mins of blowing. then after that it might happen again just repeate untill you get enough money to fix it or buy a new one. Hope i could help. (Sorry if theres any spelling mistakes.... i cant spell for my life. lol)
