Did you just love being a mobile surgeon with Trauma Center for DS? Well look no further for your next new operation because Nintendo just announced that a new Trauma Center for the DS is in development.
According to the May ’08 issue of Nintendo Power, Nintendo will be keeping the Trauma Center games alive with a direct sequel to 2005’s Trauma Center: Under the Knife. Players will resume the role of Dr. Derek Stiles, while accompanied by Nurse Angie. This time it’s a terrible GUILT virus and it’s up to you to decipher its many mysteries.
Nintendo has made a few tweaks on this game like having an easier setting for novice players and a wider accessibility and refined surgical tools. An all-new story with new operations will be introduced as well as the reaperrance of old characters, and the apperance of new ones.
Now, Nintendo Power never exactly said when the game is going to be released, but Famitsu revealed an Aug. 7 release date.
